Ira is the youngest member of the Selfish Trio and serves as their leader. He debuts in Episode 1 alongside his partner Marmo, who's equally villainous. He's got light blue hair and olive eyes, and like the other members of the trio, he sports those distinctive bat wing-like protrusions behind his ears.
