Telence T. D'Arby
The younger brother of Daniel J. D'Arby, Telence works as DIO's butler and is basically the first Stand user Jotaro and Kakyoin run into at the mansion. He's known for being seriously into video games and collecting puppets—skills that come in handy when he decides to challenge the group to a gaming competition.
His Stand, Atum, is a sleek robotic humanoid that can steal souls and detect whether someone's lying. The name comes from the Egyptian god Atum, which fits the whole DIO aesthetic pretty well.
