A pair of masked ghoul brothers who run things in the 11th ward as executives of Aogiri Tree. True believers in the One-Eyed King's ideology, they command most of the ghouls operating in their territory. Both wield Bikaku-type kagune.
The brothers were never actually given individual names—they're just known by their roles and their matching masks.
