Tamaya is an assassin best known for his obsession with bombs—he's gotten pretty famous for the whole "tease first, finish with a special bomb" approach to combat. He showed up early on trying to capture Mutsumi during Taiyo's first mission, and has teamed up with Kyoichiro Yozakura several times since to take out terrorists.
What really sets him apart, though, is his addiction to social media. He posts constantly about basically everything—his targets, his progress, you name it. It's the kind of thing that probably shouldn't work for an assassin, but somehow he just keeps doing it.
