Bailey is a traveling Pokémon trainer who goes from place to place in her van, working with Pokémon to teach them dance moves and acrobatic tricks for performances—basically functioning as a Pokémon Coordinator. She showed up in the episode "Flower Power."
Ash and his crew ran into her at the Florando Pokémon Exhibition. While they were there, she ended up helping Pikachu learn some dance-based dodging techniques that would come in handy during battles. She also had a Bellossom that was too nervous to pull off a difficult flip move at first, but after squaring off against Team Rocket, the Bellossom finally nailed it.
