Skadi's most striking feature is probably her blue hair and matching golden horns and tail, though you'd have to look closely to see them—she keeps her eyes covered with layers of conservative white and black mesh. Underneath all those robes, she's got a slender, petite build.
She's best known for creating Lindworm City, which she now represents on the council. Fans and scholars generally agree she's the most powerful person in the city, though you'd never know it from talking to her. Despite the serious demeanor and quiet voice, Skadi comes across as genuinely humble and honest rather than arrogant about her accomplishments. She has no problem being casual about her body either—she's shown up in public without hesitation, much to Kunai's embarrassment.
Skadi's got a close friendship with Cthuly that goes way back. These days, she's taken to calling Glenn her "big brother" and sticking close to him, which has definitely made some people around her uncomfortable. Kunai, her devoted bodyguard, seems particularly bothered by the whole thing, though Kunai serves her with complete loyalty regardless.
