Konishi's basically the second-in-command among the Reapers, right below Kitaniji. She's got this whole trendy aesthetic going on, but she's also kind of notorious for being passive-aggressive—to the point where people call her the "Iron Maiden," which, yeah, isn't exactly affectionate.
She runs the third week of the Game as its Game Master, and when she transforms into her Noise form, she becomes this winged tiger woman who can mess with shadows and create duplicates of herself. Pretty formidable, as far as Noise forms go.
