Tsubone is an office worker and secondary antagonist in Season 1 of Netflix's Aggretsuko.
She's basically the reason Retsuko's job is unbearable. Tsubone dumps her own workload onto Retsuko so she can clock out on time, which means Retsuko ends up working overtime almost every single day. It's petty, it's cruel, and it's exactly the kind of office politics that drives Retsuko to her rage-fueled metal screaming sessions.
