Leti Lowran is a TSAB Admiral best known for appearing as a supporting character throughout the Lyrical Nanoha franchise. She's Griffith Lowran's mother and shows up most prominently in the A's manga as a regular background presence alongside Lindy Harlaown. While she becomes a more recurring figure in the StrikerS manga, her actual appearance in the StrikerS anime is limited to a brief cameo.
