He's Pia's older brother, and the two of them are orphans living in isolation far from the city. With no other means of survival, they've turned to stealing to get by.
The Rescue of Aruka
He and Pia found Aruka unconscious floating along the riverbank one day. They brought her back to their remote home and nursed her back to health, taking her in as part of their small group.
Death
Things took a dark turn when he robbed a transport belonging to the Sedel Contingent and killed one of their members in the process. They tracked him down, and rather than let them harm Pia or Aruka, he sacrificed himself to protect them both.
