Ikki Kurogane is an F-rank Apprentice Knight determined to become a real Mage Knight—basically starting from the bottom. He's got dark brown hair, brown eyes, and an average build.
On the surface, he comes across as a genuinely decent person who cares about others. That said, he's got a ruthless streak that emerges when circumstances call for it. What's more noticeable, though, is how socially awkward he can be around people his own age, especially women at the academy. Without much experience interacting with peers outside of formal knight hierarchies, he tends to stumble through normal conversations—something that becomes pretty obvious whenever he's around Stella.
