Toshiki runs the Bug Clan and is one of Hikaru Gero's closest colleagues. He's basically a walking ecosystem—thousands of bugs live on his body at any time, including his giant spider companion Julia. The bugs and Toshiki have worked out a pretty sweet deal where they let him tap into their abilities whenever he needs them. He's known for being detail-oriented and genuinely courteous, which has earned him a loyal customer base in the underworld. Repeat business is kind of his thing.
