Hodr is the King of Krisna and married to Sigyn. He's best known for being reluctant about his royal duties—he never actually wanted to be king, but he takes the responsibility seriously and genuinely cares about his people's welfare.
He met Rygart and Zess at military school under pretty memorable circumstances: he ditched class after spotting them from his window, then helped them rescue an owl. It's kind of classic Hodr—he was that guy who'd space out staring at the sky instead of paying attention, and his grades reflected it. But he had his priorities, apparently.
