Vijeeter Ecor is a member of the Fairy Tail guild.
Best known for being constantly seen dancing, Vijeeter mostly fills a background role in the series. He's shown up throughout all the major arcs, usually alongside the rest of the guild during their celebrations. He did see actual combat during the war against Phantom Lord and faced off against Nab Lasaro in the Fighting Festival arc—though he apparently lost that match, since he wasn't among the fighters Bixlow took down, but Nab was.
