Tamaki
A former ganguro kogal who initially bullied Keiko, Tamaki eventually has a change of heart and becomes friends with both her and Roxanne. The shift happens in the manga after The Rigani kidnaps Roxanne, prompting Tamaki to reconsider her behavior. In the anime, she shows up alongside Roxanne and Keiko during the Tel Tel Boy fight.
Throughout most of the series, Tamaki joins her two friends in cheering on Team AHO. She's also Terry the Kid's love interest, and when the Poison Six Pack saga kicks off, she becomes the first hostage targeted. Terry and Jade manage to rescue her, with Terry catching her as she falls.
