Fukurou is one of the Trinity Raven, a trio of assassins working under Gérard for the Skull Order guild. He's best known for his genuinely bizarre design—a man's body topped with an owl's head, complete with rocket boosters mounted on his back. Despite working for the bad guys, he has this unironic self-image as a warrior of justice.
Skill-wise, Fukurou's the most versatile of the three. His owl head gives him excellent night vision, and the rocket pack lets him zip around at serious speeds. He's also solid in hand-to-hand combat, but his signature move is far stranger: he can eat his opponents and absorb their magic permanently into his own abilities. It's a creepy but effective power—once digested, their magic becomes part of him for good. The catch is that absorbed powers don't always hit as hard as they did originally. When he tried using Natsu's fire breath against Gray, for instance, it barely fazed him.
