Rinne's Father
A mysterious figure who first shows up in Chapter 29, he's eventually revealed to be running the whole operation—the head honcho of all the Damashi Kami and the illegal company behind them. Basically, he's a major player in whatever shady business is going on in the series.
His main goal is getting Rinne to leave and come work with him in another world. It's a pretty central plot point that drives a lot of tension between them.
