Nack Tierce
Nack Tierce was part of the 104th Training Corps—basically the batch of recruits who went through military training together during the early story.
You first see him in Anime Episode 5, though he doesn't end up being a major character. He's one of those soldiers who fills out the corps' ranks without getting a ton of spotlight, which is pretty realistic given how many cadets trained alongside the main cast.
