Kantoku works at the Uma no Hone comic shop, where he's best known for constantly filming his coworkers in embarrassing moments—especially Hio, who he's clearly interested in. Despite his pervy tendencies, he apparently knows his way around dating and has a decent amount of experience with women. When the manager's not around, Kantoku pretty much runs the shop and keeps things organized.
He's got light brown hair and is generally considered good-looking. He lives solo in a nice apartment.
