Muramatsu is a student at Kunugigaoka Junior High School, where he's part of Class 3-E's unusual setup—training to assassinate their teacher as part of the school's program. He runs with Ryōma Terasaka's crowd and tends to follow Terasaka's lead, though he's not exactly a standout in terms of combat skills or unique abilities.
