Seiko Kimura leads the 4th Division and was the Ultimate Pharmacist during her time at Hope's Peak Academy.

Like Kyoko Kirigiri, she's aware that her face gives her away easily—people can read her emotions in her expressions—so she covers her face with a mask to keep that from happening.
