A young and inexperienced policeman working under Alex Rex. He's an afficionado of all things superhero, especially newspaper clippings and merchandise of Keyman himself. Having grown up in the countryside, he was never prejudiced against beastmen - largely thanks to fond memories of a large-breasted cow beastwoman that watched over him occasionally.
Over the course of the series, he develops feelings for Flor, a coworker. The two end up becoming a couple.
