Berneux recently became a Curse-Bearer, and things went downhill fast. His real name, Bucolicus, got corrupted by the Malnomen and twisted into Loup Garou—which basically cursed him to transform and lose control. During one of his episodes, he killed nine people before he could stop himself. Breaking that many of the fundamental rules about not hunting humans was a serious violation, even if the curse made him do it.
