Yamao serves as the manager of Pretty Top's dance school, though he's admittedly an odd guy—fitting right in with the rest of the cast, especially Penguin Sensei. He's got Penguin Sensei perched on his shoulder pretty much constantly, and honestly, he's not much of a talker. His whole vocabulary basically comes down to one phrase: "Yamada-desu." Dark-skinned and seriously built with visible muscle, Yamao's got a pretty distinctive look. In Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live, there's a spin-off character named Tanaka who's connected to him.
