Fu Lin serves as a soldier at Seiryuukan checkpoint fortress under the doushi command. He's best known for being paired with Chou Keihou on a mission from Bunchuu—their job was to stop Kou Hiko from escaping. In the anime, they were also tasked with retrieving the two princes, Yinxiao and Yinhong, and bringing them back.
His weapon of choice is the paopei Kyuumeikon, a set of prayer beads that he uses to trap enemies within a confined space. The beads serve as both his signature tool and his primary means of combat.
