Nozomi-chan is Mattsun's younger sister. She developed feelings for Keiichi after he helped her at the beach when she injured her foot—it was kind of a classic meet-cute moment, though Keiichi obviously didn't see it that way. She's persistent about her crush, calling him Keiichi-san, and doesn't seem all that discouraged by the fact that he's told her point-blank she's not really his type. Finding out about his split personality didn't exactly help her case either, but she hasn't given up.
