Master O runs the mobile suit development operation on Colony Cluster L5. He's best known for designing and building the Gundam Shenlong, the machine piloted by Wufei Chang, whose actions he oversees.
Before settling into his current role, Master O was part of the Alliance's mobile suit team alongside several other engineers. The group scattered after finishing the Tallgeese and completing the design for Wing Gundam Zero—they'd all had enough and wanted out.
