He and Yafya spotted a wounded female wolf and saved her—and Gosha fell hard. He walked away from his Beastar ambitions to be with her, and they had a daughter, Leano, a wolf-komodo hybrid.
Life dealt him serious tragedy. After his wife died, Gosha raised Leano alone, but she eventually took her own life, unable to accept how she looked. Rather than let grief consume him, he took in his grandson Legoshi and raised him until the kid was old enough for Cherryton Boarding High School.
These days, Gosha's known around the neighborhood as the friendly old Komodo dragon who builds things and volunteers with hybrid kids at kindergarten—work that probably means everything to him given what he's been through.
