Tower Witch
She's basically the big bad of the Tower Witches—the most powerful and openly evil of the group. What she's really after is Evermillion, and she'll stop at nothing to get it.
Her main thing is explosive magic. She can throw around magical blasts with devastating force, which makes her genuinely dangerous in a fight. She's also figured out how to cast regeneration spells on herself when she takes damage, which sounds broken until you realize the catch: it completely drains her magical reserves. Using it would basically leave her defenseless, so it's more of a desperation move than a reliable tactic.
