Kozakura's pretty straightforward—almost blunt, really—and she's not shy about calling out Toriko when her officiousness gets annoying. That said, she puts up with it because Toriko genuinely cares about finding Satsuki, her missing friend, and will actually venture into the Otherside to look for her. Kozakura herself? She avoids going there whenever possible. She's got a short serotonin transport gene, which basically means she scares easily, so she's happy to let Sorawo and Toriko handle the fieldwork instead.
Despite coming across as kind of callous toward both of them, Kozakura clearly cares. She keeps an eye on them and doesn't hide her concern when they're heading into the Otherside—she's just not the sentimental type about it.
