Leon Inugami is an old friend of both Inuzuka and Hasuki who goes to Dahlia Academy. She sat out the first year for personal reasons, but eventually joined the student body.
She's known for her pretty strong anti-Western stance and harbors a serious grudge against the White Cats. Her stated goal is to get them completely removed from Dahlia Academy—it's basically her whole thing.
