Masatsugu Shoko was a member of the Knights of the Eastern Calculus. She was the mother of Shou Masatsugu. A mysterious PCB assembly is delivered to her in Layer 07.
According to Visual Experiments Lain, her Wired handle is maruneko (まるねこ).
