Class Rep is one of Haruka's classmates dragged into the Other World along with everyone else. Her actual name never comes up in the novels—she's just known as Class Rep.
She's essentially the leader of the Girls and takes charge whenever the group needs to coordinate. Fans often note that she's basically the de facto commander whenever a joint operation happens. Her most useful skill? Being able to extract actual sense from Haruka's chaotic rambling—which earned her the nickname "Translation Rep" because honestly, nobody else could figure out what he was trying to say half the time.
