Jacques is a character who appeared in the episode "Snubbull Snobbery" (EP126). He works as the head chef at Madame Muchmoney's estate in Palm Hills.
When Ash and the group were guests at the estate, Madame Muchmoney's Snubbull refused to eat. She asked Jacques to whip up something special to tempt it, but he'd already exhausted his options—nothing he'd made had worked on the Pokémon. In the end, it was Brock who solved the problem by offering some rice balls from his bag, which Snubbull actually ate.
