Masumi Kaidou is the mother of Minami and Wataru in Go! Princess Pretty Cure. She's a minor character who doesn't get a ton of screen time, but she's part of what makes Minami's backstory work—basically the reason Minami's so driven to succeed and live up to expectations. That said, not much is known about her beyond her role as a parent in the series.
