Michizou Manaka is a bandit operating out of the Land of Stone. He's got a short fuse—the guy gets offended pretty easily. There's this scene where Sazanami gives Akamaru some milk that Michizou was supposed to be paying for, and he absolutely loses it. On top of that, he has zero qualms about stealing from kids, which tells you pretty much everything you need to know about his moral compass.
