Ruka's a barrier creator and nurse who works the Dark Tournament circuit. Her main gig during the Tournament was keeping Hiei and the Masked Fighter in check while Team Urameshi squared off against the Shadow Channelers. She's probably best known for her barrier work—the woman knows how to lock people down when things get messy.
