Nanami comes from a small fishing village and is basically obsessed with fish—she loves eating them, admiring them, pretty much everything about them. She's got this easygoing, cheerful personality that makes her easy to get along with. Her dad's a fisherman too, so it runs in the family. She carries around a stuffed fish named Sabaoli basically everywhere, and she keeps what she calls a Captain's Log to track her catches and take photos of them.
In the Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Kiyora Yanagi introduces her. Nanami's got a pretty quirky vibe—she talks like she just stepped off a boat, which honestly fits perfectly with her whole deal.
