Lobov
A Scout Regiment recruit who previously served as a commander in the Garrison before joining up with the scouts. He's best known for his participation in the Raid on Liberio, where he saw real action beyond the usual duties.
Lobov's got a pretty direct attitude about military hierarchy—he's made it clear he's not interested in the old guard or their way of doing things. When confronted about his past command role, he was blunt about it: he didn't see the need for the Garrison anymore, dismissing the leadership as "overpaid geezers."
