Koharu's best known for being obsessed with Shoma, a friend of Keiki's who's into lolis. The thing is, she looks like a kid—she's extremely small, basically child-sized—but she's actually older than Shoma, which she's weirdly anxious about. So instead of just. talking to him, she's taken to stalking Keiki and secretly photographing him, then using the blackmail material to pressure Keiki into helping her get with Shoma. It's a whole thing.
Her voyeurism and surveillance habits are pretty much her defining trait at this point. Fans often note the sheer desperation of the scheme—like, the logical jumps required to think this would work—but it's played for dark comedy in how seriously she takes it all.
