Verdugo
The Verdugos—literally "Executioners" in Spanish, also designated U-III in certain records—were bioweapons engineered by Los Iluminados as elite bodyguards and right-hand operatives for Ramón Salazar.
A pair of them served as Salazar's personal protection detail, hiding their grotesque mutations beneath the flowing ceremonial robes of Los Iluminados. The red-cloaked one was once Salazar's butler before his transformation, while the black-cloaked one came from his household staff, though her original identity remains unclear. Both creatures proved far more dangerous than their formal attire might suggest.
