Elder of Hengyue Sect
He's an elder at the Hengyue Sect and serves as Wang Lin's first teacher when Wang Lin starts his cultivation journey. Despite his position, he ranks pretty low among the sect's second-generation disciples—so low that even the third-generation disciples don't respect him much.
His cultivation sits at the fifth level of Qi Condensation, which isn't particularly impressive for someone of his standing. On paper, he takes on disciples like a proper mentor should, but in reality, he's driven by greed. That shift toward avarice came after he got his hands on a gourd filled with the spiritual energy from the Heavenly Rebellion Pearl, which basically corrupted his priorities.
