Tiona is the eldest daughter of Outland Count Rudolvon and older sister to Cyril. She's best known for her role in the original timeline as a revolutionary leader fighting alongside Sion Sol Sunkland—she was even called the Saint of Tearmoon. Back then, she believed the emperor had killed her father out of jealousy, since he'd grown too popular with the people. That conviction ran deep enough that she refused to reconcile with Mia before the princess's execution, no matter how much Ludwig pleaded with her.
The present timeline is a different story. Tiona and Mia are now close friends, and she's genuinely invested in supporting her however she can. The shift happened on day one at the academy when Mia stood up for her against bullies targeting her lower social status.
