Secelia Dote is a second-year student at Asticassia School of Technology in the management strategy department, part of Burion House. She serves on the Dueling Committee, a position she loves to throw around.
Best known for her sarcasm and snide remarks, Secelia gets a kick out of needling other students and flaunting her Committee status. She doesn't think much of people she considers beneath her, and she's relentless about digging into gossip—partly for entertainment, but also because she knows how to weaponize secrets. Blackmail is pretty much her go-to move when she needs someone to cooperate.
That said, there's more going on beneath the surface. Secelia's actually pretty sharp about the political dynamics at school and the larger conflicts swirling around it. She pays attention to the bigger picture, even if she's mostly interested in personal drama. On rare occasions, when the mood strikes her, she'll even offer someone genuine advice, which usually catches people off guard.
