Meidoumaru is a demon stationed in the Underworld, best known for his role as guardian of the Windmill of Time. His presence alone is what keeps the windmill from spinning forward—basically, he's the lock that stops time itself from advancing in that realm. Pretty significant responsibility for one demon.
