Gyro Zeppeli
Gyro—full name Julius Caesar Zeppeli, though "Caesar" is pronounced the traditional Greek way (closer to "Kaiser") rather than the modern English version—is best known for his cocky, flamboyant attitude and sky-high opinion of himself. That said, he's capable of dropping the act when people he cares about are in trouble, shifting into genuine seriousness and smarts when the situation demands it. He's got that manga character thing going where he can be surprisingly brilliant when it counts.
You can't miss Gyro in a crowd thanks to his long hair, western hat, and the metal teeth in his smile that display "GO! GO! ZEPPELI!"—which fans often note is the most Gyro thing possible. His signature laugh is a distinctive "Nyo ho ho ho~."
