His criminal record is extensive—he killed his own boss after years of conflict while working as a mine worker up until age fifteen, murdered 650 Muscle Planet soldiers, and has racked up enough offenses to keep him perpetually behind bars. The guy basically thrives on rage and doesn't have much going for him beyond his pure destructiveness.
He first shows up in Kinnikuman Nisei as part of the "No Respect" lineup. At that point he's already imprisoned, but gets offered a deal: win a match and walk free. Enter Mantaro Kinniku as his opponent in the "Fire of Inner Strength Challenge"—and it doesn't go well for Fork. He loses and gets sent right back to jail.
Five years before his fight with Mantaro, Fork teamed up with Bone Cold and Hanzo to form No Respect in the first place. His signature moves—the Dangerous Forklift, Skewer Insect, and Disaster Tank—all lean into the whole murderous-equipment aesthetic he's got going on.
