Amethio
One of the top brass running the secretive organization known as Explorers, Amethio shows up as a key antagonist in Pokémon Horizons: The Series starting from the very first episode.
He first appeared in "The Pendant That Starts It All (Part One)" hunting down Liko's pendant, convinced it holds some serious importance to whatever Explorers is plotting. Amethio comes across as single-minded and serious about his work—the kind of guy who doesn't really waver once he's locked onto a goal. That relentlessness defines him early on, though his role in the story gets more complicated as things develop.
