A captain who is a pirate with his daughter Sand and two henchmen. Originally a descendant of a venerable pirate, Rock is now so degraded that he uses a small boat as a pirate ship. In order to obtain a splendid ship, Rock uses the power of the Chitama stone to withdraw Khan's ship and obtain the title of the world's strongest pirate.
