Kou Mei
Kou Mei is the sworn brother of Kou Hiko. When the Kou family fled Chouka for Seiki, he rose through the ranks to become a commanding officer in the Zhou army. He's known for being unable to handle Seiki's spicy cuisine—a pretty notable weakness given where he ended up.
